Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We guarantee your satisfaction on all products. If you are unsatisfied with your products, please contact us to work out an acceptable solution. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. No refunds or credits are given by Frangipani for products purchased at our partner retail locations.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping and Delivery
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and package size.

All orders will ship within 3-4 days of placing your order and are sent via USPS or UPS (customer choice). Please note that, depending on location, orders placed after Wednesday could be shipped the following Monday to avoid your package sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

Frangipani has no control over the USPS process and so isn't responsible for replacement of any misdirected or late shipments. Missing packages that show successful delivery information will not be replaced. Insurance is available on both Priority Mail and Ground Advantage rates and claims can be filed through the USPS.

Product Orders
Prices and availability of products listed on this website are subject to change without notice. 

Payment 
You are responsible for payments due for products ordered through your account. Your order will not be shipped until we receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents. 

Sales Tax 
We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we operate. Currently, this only includes Indiana. 

Subscription Management

How do I become a Subscriber?

When adding a product to your cart, select the "Ship Every 3 Months" or “Ship Every 6 Months” option on each product page. You will receive your current order immediately and then the Subscription product will be shipped again in 3 or 6 months.

When will my Subscription be sent?

Your Subscription will be shipped 3 or 6 months after your initial order.

How is my Subscription shipped?

Your Subscription will be sent using our standard shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to the shipping address provided.

How do I track my Subscription order?

You will receive the same email notification with tracking number that you receive on non-Subscription orders.

Can I use coupons codes with my Subscription?

All Subscription plans have a 10% discount. No other coupon codes can be used.

How can I change my Subscription payment method?

Once logged in to your Frangipani account, click Customer Care > Subscriptions > Billing tab to update your credit card information.

How do I change my Subscription delivery address?

Once logged in to your Frangipani account, click Customer Care > Subscriptions > Subscriptions tab. Click the “Edit” link next to “Shipping To:” to edit your shipping address.

How can I cancel my Subscription?

Once logged in to your Frangipani account, click Customer Care > Subscriptions > Subscriptions tab. Click the “Cancel” link next to the Subscription you would like to cancel.

Can I change the date my Subscription ships?

Once logged in to your Frangipani account, click Customer Care > Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule tab. Click the “Change Date” link next to the pending shipment.

How do I add more products or change my Subscription products?

You can do this multiple ways.

  1. Once logged in to your Frangipani account, click Customer Care > Subscriptions > Subscriptions tab. Click the “Add Product to Next Delivery” link and add/remove products to/from your Subscription.
  2. Create a new Subscription by going through the normal shopping and check out process, choosing the 3 or 6 month Subscription option on the product you are purchasing. You will receive the first order immediately and Subscription orders will ship 3 or 6 months later.
